Fridge Shredding & Separating System
The ENERPAT fridge shredding and separation line uses a modular setup that blends safety, high throughput, and eco-friendly operation. Each unit is first taken apart by hand to capture any harmful gases. The shells then enter a primary shredder for coarse size reduction. A magnetic separator lifts out the iron at better than 98 percent purity. An eddy current separator follows, reclaiming copper and aluminum with over 95 percent efficiency. An electrostatic separator then sorts the plastics. A closed foam and dust collection loop keeps the plant clean and drives overall purity past 97 percent. The system handles 100 to 120 fridges an hour, keeping ENERPAT at the forefront of refrigerator recycling.

Steel Chain Feeding Conveyor

Double Shaft Shredder

This fine sizing makes it possible to recover nonferrous metals that carry high economic value. After reclamation, these metals go back into industrial production, keeping resources in continuous use. |
Foam Refrigerator
By mechanically compressing it, the foam insulation taken from used refrigerators is pressed into small blocks or bales, shrinking its volume for easier storage and transport. |
Dust Collector
Thanks to high-efficiency filtration and adsorption, it pulls dust and other particulates from the air, keeping the production floor clean and the air quality high. |
Fire Protection System
By refining the crusher’s design and operation, the fire system lowers the risk of fire and keeps the heat and sparks from high-speed impact and friction to an absolute minimum. |
