Product Description
Pocket Coils Recycling Line
The ENERPAT pocket spring recycling line relies on manual loading, which keeps daily operation simple while delivering high throughput. It cuts the environmental burden of used mattresses and squeezes the most value out of every part. We give customers a fast green and cost-smart way to handle pocket springs and push the circular economy forward.
Rough shred
Used mattresses travel on a rubber belt into a twin-shaft shredder that breaks them down to smaller than 50×800 mm, laying the groundwork for the next stages.
Fine grind and wire pull
The chips drop into a wire separator that mills them to under 80 mm while stripping spring steel from bits of cloth and foam.
Magnetic pick up
After fine size-reduction the mix runs under a magnetic separator that lifts out the spring steel along with a small amount of fabric and foam.
Z sorter and clean up
The stream then enters a Z sorter. A negative-pressure flow removes most remaining cloth and foam, leaving high-purity spring steel ready for reuse with full load-bearing strength.

Core Advantages
Core Advantages
Intelligent Line Control
The system is built on a modular layout that works seamlessly as a single unit. Installed capacity stands at 295.7 kW, while normal running power is 230 kW. Energy demand is minimal: water use stays below 0.5 L per hour, and air use ranges from 1 to 1.5 m³ per minute at 0.6 to 0.8 MPa. |
Advanced Sorting Technology
The technology delivers precise, high-efficiency separation. With efficiency above 95 percent, it sharply improves the recovery of spring steel and other non-metal materials. |
High-Quality Component Assurance
The separator spindle is forged from 42CrMo alloy steel, giving it uniform stress, high strength, and strong resistance to distortion. The drum magnetic separator uses NdFeB magnets that create an intense field with almost no decay, ensuring efficient, long-lasting service. |
Automatic Pulse Dust Collection System
A central dust collector keeps the entire line clean, holding emissions below 8 mg/m³ and greatly improving the workplace air. |
Smart Control System
The system starts with one touch, is managed by a Schneider PLC, and works with CCTV and a data center to provide real time monitoring, fault alerts, and performance optimization. |
