Solution Background
Scrap metal from machining covers iron, aluminum, steel, and a range of alloys. In most shops it equals about one fifth of all raw metal consumed and can rise to nearly one third. Unlike ore, these scraps are already pure. They are often treated as waste even though they carry high reclaim value. For alloy foundries, being able to recover their own scrap on site is even more valuable.
Metal Chips Recycling System
Our metal chip recycling line takes turnings and chips from lathes, mills, and other machine tools and presses iron, aluminum, copper, and mixed chips into tight briquettes in one fully automatic run. While pressing, the cutting oil is squeezed out and collected separately, keeping the blocks clean and letting the oil go back into use. The system cuts the floor space taken by loose chips, sends the briquettes straight to remelt, raises material yield, and meets environmental audits.
