Process Flow
Pretreated scrap cast aluminum goes straight into the hammer mill for crushing.
A magnetic separator removes iron, then an eddy current separator splits the stream into nonferrous metal and nonmetal.
The cleaned fractions are recycled back into production.
The ENERPAT cast aluminum line is fully automatic, runs with high efficiency, and maximizes resource recovery.
