ENERPAT V Series Vertical Shredder (Hammer Mill)

Built for today’s scrap yards, the ENERPAT V Series Vertical Shredder is a reliable workhorse in metal recycling. It turns waste metal into 50 to 80 mm chips that slide through the gap between the lower cutter ring and the shell, then drop into the discharge chamber where a scraper clears them away. The machine excels in e-waste recovery, aluminum processing, auto dismantling, and most other metal waste jobs. Composition and Structure


Operation Principles


Material Feeding

Scrap metal is conveyed into the crushing chamber of the vertical shredder through the feeding system.

Material Crushing

The hammers at the top of the chamber crush the material, which is then ground between the rolling knife and the wear-resistant liner of the housing.

Discharge

Metal particles crushed to 50-80 mm pass through the gap between the bottom rolling knife and the housing into the discharge chamber, where they are expelled by the scraping device.
