The ENERPAT MCB-15525 Car Logger Baler operates with a simple, efficient process:
Loading: A grapple crane loads the scrap material into the baler.
Primary Compression: The first lid compresses the material.
Secondary Compression: The second lid further compacts the load.
Main Compression: The main cylinder drives the compression head downwards. Once the preset pressure is reached, the head retracts and the lids return to their initial positions.
Unloading: Finally, the grapple crane removes the finished bale and stacks it in the designated area.
