Auto-Tie Horizontal Baler

The Enerpat Auto Tie Horizontal Baler is the automated upgrade of our horizontal line and easily handles large loads of recyclables such as paper, cardboard, and plastic. It suits firms that deal with heavy daily waste, delivering up to twenty tons per hour. The press packs material into solid, high density bales that stack safely and free up floor space.

Bale length and weight can be set in advance, and once the chosen length is reached each bale is tied on its own. The baler carries the CE mark and was built around customer input, turning waste handling into a simple and cost-saving job.

Auto-Tie Horizontal Baler

ENERPAT HBA auto-tie horizontal balers serve almost every industry. These fully automatic units handle common recyclables like cardboard, soft plastics such as shrink-wrap and film, PET bottles, hard plastics, plus aluminum and steel cans, and they also tackle tougher feeds like RDF.

The balers feature German tying tech and high-tensile quenched wire, packing every bale tight. With zero customer complaints, they have earned consistent market praise. Whenever throughput has to exceed 2 t per h, a fully automatic model is the answer. Each bale is tied off automatically.

Product Applications

Working Principle

Load the material into the feed pit. The steel chain conveyor then carries it to the baler hopper. Guided by the hydraulic ram, the triple action press, the wire feeder, the wire twister and the cutter, the material is pressed into tight bales and automatically pushed out.
