ENERPAT Metal Chips Wringer 

A high-capacity automatic degreaser built for every kind of metal chip. The PLC touch screen lets you set both discharge time and dryness. With a separation rate above 97 percent, it leaves chips clean, dry and almost oil free, giving true solid liquid split. Often teamed with machining centers, lathes, mills and grinders, it dries and degreases chips of any metal grade.  

It keeps the shop cleaner, makes remelting safer, raises throughput and cuts costs.

Composition and Structure

1.Adopting PLC touch control system, it can control the discharging time and the degree of drying.

2.High separation efficiency, good effect, clean chips, thorough solid-liquid separation, oil removal rate ≥97%.

3.Single feeding quantity is large, greatly shorten the time used for chip drying.

4.Hydraulic-driven unloading disk, no need considering the shape, size and weight of the chips, to ensure the stability of the degreasing effect.

5.The oil collecting bin is equipped with automatic flushing function, which effectively prevents the oil outlet from being blocked by small chips.

6.Vibration isolator is installed in the main body of the equipment, which is reliable and low-frequency vibration isolation.
