ENERPAT BM-6320 Briquette Press Machine
also known as an aluminum briquetting machine, copper briquette machine, metal swarf compactor, steel briquetting press, and briquetting press for CNC chips, is designed for high-volume metal chip processing applications.
If your operation produces a steady flow of aluminum, copper, stainless steel, or iron chips, handling them efficiently becomes a daily challenge. This briquette press machine is built for exactly that situation—turning loose, oil-soaked chips into compact, stackable briquettes that are easier to manage, cleaner to handle, and far more valuable when it comes time to sell or remelt.

Design Concept & Product Story

When we first started working with metal processing plants and CNC workshops, we saw the same situation repeated in many facilities: piles of loose chips around machines, oil leaking into containers, and operators spending too much time dealing with waste instead of production. For many users, metal chips were treated as a by-product, not something worth optimizing.
But when production volume increased, these “small problems” became real operational costs—limited space, rising disposal expenses, and valuable cutting fluids being lost every day.
That was the starting point for the development of the ENERPAT briquette press machine.
Instead of treating chip handling as a simple waste collection task, we focused on what happens inside real workshops: continuous chip output, mixed materials, oil contamination, and the need for stable, long-hour operation. Each generation of the machine was improved step by step—better feeding stability, stronger compression structure, more efficient oil separation, and more reliable automation control.
The BM-6320 was designed from this real-world feedback. It is not just a standalone machine, but a result of observing how you actually work on the shop floor—where downtime is costly, space is limited, and consistency matters more than anything else.
Today, when you use this briquette press machine, the goal is simple: to make chip handling no longer a problem you think about every day, but a stable part of your production flow.

FAQ
  • Can a briquette press machine handle oily metal chips directly?
    Created with Sketch.
    形状 Created with Sketch.
Yes. The machine is designed for wet and oily chips generated from CNC machining. During compression, cutting fluids are separated and collected instead of being lost with the scrap.
  • What types of metal chips can be processed?
    Created with Sketch.
    形状 Created with Sketch.
It can handle aluminum, copper, stainless steel, cast iron, and steel chips, whether they come from turning, milling, drilling, or grinding processes.
  • Do I need to dry the chips before feeding them into the machine?
    Created with Sketch.
    形状 Created with Sketch.
No pre-drying is required. The briquette press machine is built to process wet chips directly, which helps reduce handling steps in your workshop.
  • How much space can I save after briquetting?
    Created with Sketch.
    形状 Created with Sketch.
In most cases, loose chips are compressed by up to 90%, which significantly reduces storage space and makes internal logistics much easier.
  • Will briquetting improve the value of my scrap?
    Created with Sketch.
    形状 Created with Sketch.
Yes. Dense briquettes have higher metal content per unit volume, better melting efficiency, and are generally more attractive to smelters compared to loose chips.
  • Is the machine suitable for continuous production lines?
    Created with Sketch.
    形状 Created with Sketch.
Yes. It is designed for industrial environments where chips are generated continuously, especially in CNC machining and metal processing plants.
  • How difficult is it to operate the machine?
    Created with Sketch.
    形状 Created with Sketch.
Operation is simple. With PLC control, you can set feeding and compression cycles, and the system runs automatically with minimal operator involvement.
  • What happens to the cutting oil during compression?
    Created with Sketch.
    形状 Created with Sketch.
Most of the cutting fluid is squeezed out during the briquetting process and collected through a recovery system for reuse or proper disposal.
  • How often does the machine require maintenance?
    Created with Sketch.
    形状 Created with Sketch.
Routine maintenance is minimal and mainly involves hydraulic system checks, oil level monitoring, and basic component inspection depending on operating hours.
  • Can the machine be integrated into existing production lines?
    Created with Sketch.
    形状 Created with Sketch.
Yes. The briquette press machine can be installed as a standalone unit or integrated into a larger metal chip handling or recycling system.
