Hydraulic Twin-Shaft Shredder
The primary shredding unit with a 400 kW drive, designed for rough shredding of vehicle bodies or whole depolluted cars. It reduces large scrap vehicles into uniform feedstock suitable for secondary crushing and can operate independently as a standalone shredding solution.
Horizontal Hammer Mill Shredder
A 560 kW secondary shredding machine that performs fine crushing of pre-shredded materials. It further breaks down mixed automotive scrap into consistent particle sizes, providing homogeneous material for downstream separation and improving overall sorting efficiency.
Magnetic Drum Separator 
Two units installed, each powered by 5.5 kW motors. The multi-stage magnetic separation system efficiently extracts ferrous metals from mixed materials, removes impurities, and ensures stable operation of downstream equipment in the recycling process.
Z-Type Air Density Separator
Three units configured for density-based separation. This equipment further purifies ferrous fractions after magnetic separation, removing light impurities and non-metal residues to produce high-purity steel scrap and enhance the value of recovered metals.
Rotary Trommel Screen
Powered by a 22 kW motor, this trommel screen classifies materials through 12 mm and 80 mm mesh sizes. Fine and medium fractions are separated for further processing, while oversized materials are automatically returned for re-shredding.
Eddy Current Separator
Two units are used to efficiently separate non-ferrous metals from non-metallic materials. The system accurately recovers valuable metals such as aluminum and copper, significantly increasing the economic value of the recycling process.
Pulse Dust & Exhaust Treatment System
A 114.4 kW environmental control system combining pulse dust collection with exhaust gas treatment. It captures dust generated during shredding and separation while purifying emissions to ensure clean workshop conditions and compliant environmental discharge.
Intelligent Electrical Control System
The centralized control system serves as the operation hub of the recycling line, enabling automated equipment coordination, real-time monitoring, and safe system management to ensure stable, continuous, and efficient production.
