ENERPAT Electronic Recycling Solution
As a professional Electronic Recycling Solution, the ENERPAT Small Appliance Recycling Line is designed to process a wide range of low-power and compact waste household electronics commonly found in recycling streams.

Typical materials include kitchen appliances such as rice cookers, microwave ovens, juicers, electric kettles, coffee machines, and compact dishwashers; home cleaning appliances including vacuum cleaners, robotic vacuums, air purifiers, and electric irons; personal care electronics such as hair dryers, electric toothbrushes, beauty devices, and electric shavers; as well as everyday household appliances like space heaters, electric fans, electric blankets, and mosquito swatters.

The system delivers a stable processing capacity of 6–10 tons per hour, with output particle size controlled below 100 mm. Through advanced shredding and multi-stage separation technologies, the line achieves ≥99% ferrous metal purity, ≥97% non-ferrous metal recovery, and ≥97% plastic sorting efficiency, maximizing the recovery of valuable materials such as steel, copper, aluminum, plastics, and printed circuit boards.

The ENERPAT 6-10t/h Electronic Recycling solution adopts a modular integrated architecture, allowing recyclers to invest step by step rather than purchasing the entire system at once.
Customers can begin with core shredding equipment for volume reduction, and later expand the line by adding sorting modules, exhaust gas treatment, or plastic washing systems as processing demand increases. This phased investment model helps control capital expenditure while maximizing long-term return on investment.

Key equipment including the dual-shaft shredder, vertical hammer mill, magnetic separator, and eddy current separator can operate as independent units.
This allows recycling facilities to quickly establish a basic small appliance processing operation with minimal investment, while maintaining the flexibility to integrate these machines into a complete automated recycling line in the future.

The recycling system is designed around three functional processing stages, allowing customers to configure the plant according to their processing objectives and budget.
1)Pre-treatment & Dismantling Stage – Manual dismantling platforms remove batteries and high-value components while preparing large appliances for shredding.
2)Shredding Stage – Dual-shaft shredders and vertical hammer crushers reduce appliances into controlled particle sizes for downstream separation.
3)Sorting Stage – Multi-stage separation technologies recover valuable materials including ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, plastics, and circuit boards.
This flexible structure allows recyclers to select only the required stages initially and expand the system over time.
Environmentally Responsible Processing
Integrated dust and exhaust gas control for compliant operation
Environmental protection is integrated throughout the entire processing line. The dismantling and shredding sections operate under negative pressure air collection, with exhaust gases treated through dust collectors and activated carbon adsorption systems before discharge.
The dust removal system combines cyclone separation and pulse cartridge filtration, achieving emission dust concentrations ≤10 mg/m³, ensuring clean production and compliance with environmental regulations.

Vertical Hammer Mill
Fine crushing unit designed to reduce pre-shredded materials or small appliances to ≤100 mm output size, with a 2000 × 2000 mm chamber supporting the 6–10 T/H line capacity.
Vibrating Screen

Magnetic Separator

Particle size classification unit with Φ6 / 40 / 90 mm screen openings, separating fines, oversized materials, and qualified fractions for optimized downstream sorting efficiency.

Eddy Current Separator
Core non-ferrous metal separation equipment with 3600–5000 Gauss magnetic field and 1500 mm sorting width, achieving ≥97% recovery of non-ferrous metals.
Dust Collection System
Integrated dust and exhaust treatment system with 20,000 and 80,000 m³/h airflow capacity, combining cyclone and pulse filtration to achieve ≤10 mg/m³ emission concentration.
