The ENERPAT SCE5000 is a heavy-duty solution purpose-built for end-of-life vehicle recycling. Its 5000×2000 mm compression chamber accepts most passenger cars whole—no pre-cutting or dismantling required. Every 3–4 minutes, it produces a compact, high-density bale sized 850×650 mm, perfectly suited for containerized transport and stacking.
Powered by a 150-ton main cylinder and a Cummins 160 HP diesel engine, the baler uses advanced cold extrusion technology to deliver firm, secure bales that reduce storage and logistics costs. With overall dimensions of 13266×2520×2520 mm, the machine is built for robust, continuous operation.
It is certified to ISO9001 and CE standards and complies with GB22128-2019 for end-of-life vehicle recycling.
