With nitrogen inert protection and multi-layer safety controls, the system ensures zero explosion risk and stable throughput of 1–1.5 tons per hour. It delivers outstanding material recovery performance: ≥97% black mass recovery, ≥96% copper and aluminum recovery, and ≥98% steel casing recovery. Advanced impurity control guarantees black mass Al/Cu ≤1.5%, Cu purity with Al ≤2%, and Al purity with Cu ≤4%.
