A single machine may solve one processing requirement, but some aluminum scrap needs several stages before it can be recovered into cleaner, more manageable material streams.
ENERPAT can combine shredding, de-oiling and briquetting equipment according to the material form and target residual oil content:
Single-shaft Shredder + Metal Chip Wringer + Aluminum Briquetting Machine
Single-shaft Shredder + Metal Chip Wringer + Aluminum Briquetting Machine
For long aluminum turnings with high oil content, the single-shaft shredder cuts long aluminum scraps into uniform pieces, and the metal chip centrifuge extracts lubricants. The chip spinner is optional, configured based on the required residual oil level of finished briquettes.
Metal Chip Wringer + Aluminum Briquette Machine
Metal Chip Wringer + Aluminum Briquette Machine
For uniform short aluminum turnings with de-oiling demands, this combination achieves effective oil removal before briquetting.
If strict oil content control is unnecessary, only an aluminium chips briquetting machine is adopted for direct compression.
The optimal equipment combination depends on your aluminum turnings form and oil content specification for final briquettes.
Modular Aluminum Recycling Lines
Modular Aluminum Recycling Lines
For operations that require more than a single machine, ENERPAT can integrate multiple processing stages into a modular aluminum recycling line. Instead of using the same configuration for every material, the system can be arranged around your feedstock, processing capacity and required separation stages.

Whether you are upgrading an existing recycling process or planning a new aluminum recycling facility, ENERPAT can help combine individual machines into a complete processing solution.
