Product Description
Car engines, truck engines, diesel engines, petrol engines, and end-of-life vehicle components.
Motorcycle engines, scooter engines, and other small vehicle power units.
Boat engines, outboard motors, and inboard engines.
Generator engines, excavator engines, and motors from heavy machinery.
For auto dismantlers, ELV recyclers, and scrap yards, efficiently processing these heavy and mixed-material components is essential for improving recycling efficiency and recovering valuable metals.
The ENERPAT Engine Cracker uses hydraulic crushing technology to break down scrap engines, engine blocks, and gearboxes into smaller and more manageable pieces for further material recovery.
Scrap engines, engine blocks, or gearboxes are loaded into the crushing chamber.
A powerful hydraulic ram applies compression force to crack and deform the engine structure.
With up to 210 tons of crushing pressure, the machine breaks down heavy engine blocks and releases internal components.
The engine housing is opened, helping expose materials such as aluminum housings, steel components, and copper parts for easier sorting.
After processing, recovered materials can be separated through suitable recycling equipment:
Magnetic separators can be used to remove ferrous metals such as steel.
Non-ferrous metals, including aluminum and copper, can be collected for further sorting.
Optional equipment such as eddy current separators or hammer mills can be integrated into recycling systems for advanced material recovery.
Feeding
Scrap engines are loaded into the hopper by forklift or conveyor.
Crushing
The hydraulic pusher forces material into the Hardox chamber for powerful compression.
Discharge
Crushed output moves to the belt and passes the magnetic separator for sorting.
