Product Video
The video demonstrates the complete cable recycling work flow, from pre-shredding and granulation to screening, air separation and collection.
Large cable can first be reduced in size before entering the granulation stage. The material is then cut into fine particles, screened and separated by airflow, allowing copper and plastic fractions to be collected separately.
Product Description

The WG-600S processes waste cable through a staged reduction and separation process.
Precision cutting components reduce the material to particles below 3 mm, creating suitable feeding for downstream copper-plastic separation. After granulation and screening, an air separator uses the different weight and aerodynamic behavior of copper and plastic to separate the heavier copper fraction from the lighter insulation.
For oversized cable, an upstream double shaft shredder can be added to reduce the material before granulation.
