The processed cable particles enter the air separation system, where airflow interacts with copper and plastic. The heavier copper fraction moves toward one collection path, while the lighter plastic insulation is directed toward another.
This gives the recycling line two clearly separated material streams for subsequent recovery.
Product Description

The WG-800S Cable Separator Machine separates copper and plastic after the cable has been granulated and screened.
The separation stage depends on the different physical and aerodynamic characteristics of the two materials. Heavier copper particles and lighter plastic insulation respond differently to the airflow, allowing them to be directed into separate collection streams.
The machine can be integrated with upstream shredding, granulation and screening equipment to form a continuous cable recycling process.
