The customer specializes in high-end solid surface material manufacturing and generates production offcuts and rejected panels during daily operations. Rather than operating as a commercial recycling facility, the customer aims to establish an in-house recycling system to process these materials, reduce waste accumulation, and improve material handling efficiency.
During the on-site technical consultation, ENERPAT's sales and technical representatives evaluated the waste characteristics, existing handling methods, and automated feeding requirements. Two processing technologies, a Hammer Mill Shredder and a Four-Shaft Shredder, were proposed for material testing and equipment comparison.

To better understand the customer's processing challenges, the ENERPAT team visited an aluminum recycling facility in Los Angeles, California, providing on-site technical consultation for a Hammer Mill and Trommel Screen solution tailored to the customer's production requirements.

In July 2026, the ENERPAT sales team visited a leading metal recycling company in Monterrey, Mexico, to provide a pre-sales technical consultation for a cast aluminum recycling project. The customer is part of one of North America's largest privately owned metal recycling groups, operating multiple recycling facilities across Canada, the United States, Mexico, and Europe. As its cast aluminum recycling business continues to expand, the company is seeking a more efficient processing solution capable of improving aluminum recovery while reducing impurities before remelting.
