Product Video
Where a product video is available, it should show whole tires being fed into the twin-shaft cutting chamber and the resulting tire chips discharged from the machine. Confirm whether the demonstrated feedstock matches your passenger tires, truck tires or mixed tire stream, and whether the output size is suitable for your next processing stage.
Product Description
ENERPAT’s car tyre shredding machine is an industrial tire shredder for primary processing of waste tires. The applicable configuration is designed to process passenger car tires and truck tires.
The machine uses a twin-shaft, low-speed, high-torque shearing system. For the applicable configuration, the published processing capacity is approximately 10–15 tons/hour, and the primary output is approximately 50–100 mm. Capacity, output size and component specifications depend on the selected machine configuration and operating conditions.
ENERPAT’s Ohio facility supports equipment consultation and local service coordination for US customers, subject to project scope and confirmed arrangements.
Two counter-rotating shafts draw tires into the cutting chamber and progressively shear them into smaller pieces. The low-speed, high-torque design is intended for bulky, steel-reinforced tire feedstock. Actual suitability depends on tire construction, dimensions and the confirmed machine configuration.
The machine is designed to reduce suitable whole tires to approximately 50–100 mm in the applicable configuration. This coarse output prepares the material for further handling or secondary processing. Final particle size depends on the machine setup, feed material and downstream equipment.
High-strength alloy steel cutting blades are intended to withstand the impact and wear associated with tire shredding. Blade inspection, maintenance and repair requirements should be confirmed for the selected configuration. Before purchase, ask about blade inspection, replacement procedures and recommended maintenance intervals.
ENERPAT’s published equipment configurations use industrial components, including Siemens motors, Bonfiglioli gearboxes, and FAG or SKF bearings. Siemens or Schneider PLC options are available on applicable configurations. Confirm the final component package and available control functions when requesting a quotation.
The shredder can be installed as a standalone machine or connected to conveyors, secondary shredders, magnetic separation equipment and screening systems. Additional equipment can be selected according to your target product and recovery requirements.

ENERPAT's car tyre shredding machine is designed for primary size reduction of whole waste tires, preparing tire chips for further handling or recycling. Choosing the right car tyre shredding machine starts with confirming tire dimensions, construction, required throughput and target output.
Share your tire photos or sample details, maximum diameter, expected processing volume and intended end product with ENERPAT. The team can review the information and discuss whether a standalone shredder or a complete tire recycling system is appropriate for your operation.
Contact ENERPAT to discuss your tire shredding project and request a configuration based on your actual processing requirements.
