Product Video
The video demonstrates the Rubber Tire Shredder Machine processing waste tires.
Whole tires enter the shredding chamber and are pulled between the two shafts. The cutting knives gradually reduce the tire into smaller pieces.
The resulting tire shreds can be conveyed directly to the next stage of the recycling line.
The machine is particularly useful for recyclers who need to move beyond simple tire collection and storage toward actual material recovery.
Product Description
The ENERPAT Rubber Tire Shredder Machine is built around two counter-rotating shafts and heavy-duty cutting knives.
As a whole tire enters the chamber, the shafts grip the material and pull it toward the cutting zone. The knives then shear the tire into smaller pieces.
The machine is primarily used for size reduction. It does not attempt to complete every recycling stage in one step.
After primary shredding, the tire material can move to equipment for:
Steel wire separation
Magnetic separation
Granulation
Screening
Rubber powder production
ENERPAT's modular approach allows customers to choose only the equipment needed for their current production target and add processing stages later.
