ENERPAT
Product Video
The video demonstrates the ENERPAT Car Tyre Shredder processing tough rubber materials.
Material is fed into the chamber, where the two shafts grab and shear the feedstock. The low-speed cutting action gradually reduces bulky rubber into smaller pieces that can be transferred to the next processing stage.
The actual output depends on the material, knife configuration, and operating conditions. This makes material testing and configuration selection important when a specific output size or capacity is required.
Product Description
The ENERPAT Car Tyre Shredder uses a two-shaft cutting system to pull rubber waste into the chamber and reduce it through repeated shearing.
The two shafts work against each other, giving the machine a strong grip on flexible materials. This is particularly useful when processing whole tires, rubber pieces, conveyor belts, and other materials that are difficult to feed into conventional equipment. The machine can be used as a standalone rubber shredder or connected to other recycling equipment.
The machine uses a low-speed, high-torque drive rather than high-speed impact.
This working principle gives the shafts enough force to pull and cut rubber materials that are elastic, bulky, or difficult to feed. It is well suited to primary size reduction, where the main objective is to turn large rubber waste into a manageable feedstock for the next stage.
Rubber can move or spring back when it meets a cutting tool.
The two-shaft arrangement helps overcome this problem by continuously pulling material into the cutting chamber. This provides more stable feeding when handling tires, rubber strips, conveyor belts, and irregular rubber scrap.
The Car Tyre Shredder can be configured for a range of rubber applications:
Waste tires
Truck tires
Agricultural tires
Rubber conveyor belts
Rubber blocks
Industrial rubber scrap
Cutting components are working parts and will eventually experience wear in application.
ENERPAT's shredder design allows cutting components to be inspected when required. Keeping the knives in good condition helps maintain stable cutting performance and avoids unnecessary production interruptions.
Not every recycler needs a complete plant from day one.
The machine can be operated as an independent shredder for volume reduction, or it can be connected with conveyors, separators, screens, granulators, and other equipment as the recycling project expands.
ENERPAT's tire and rubber shredding systems use international-brand electrical and drive components according to the selected configuration.
The current tire shredder range includes Siemens motors and Schneider electrical systems, while intelligent PLC control can manage start, stop, overload protection, and automatic reverse functions.
