The customer has experience supplying construction materials and supporting infrastructure projects but is new to wood shavings manufacturing. The initial discussion focused on equipment selection, production requirements and a practical way to enter the wood shavings market without investing in a complete production line from the beginning.
Starting Wood Shavings Production with a Single Machine
During the meeting, ENERPAT introduced its equipment portfolio and explained the available options for wood shavings processing. As this would be the customer's first project in this sector, the priority was to identify a suitable starting configuration and leave room for future expansion.
The customer showed interest in the EWS-15 Wood Shavings Machine as an initial investment. According to ENERPAT's published product information, the EWS-15 has a reference processing capacity of 600–800 kg/h, depending on operating conditions and feedstock.
Starting with a standalone wood shaving machine would allow the customer to evaluate production performance, operating requirements and market demand before committing to a larger system.
ENERPAT also discussed the proposed addition of a pressing attachment. The final configuration will be confirmed after reviewing the application requirements and the technical details of the attachment.
Wood Shaving and Bagging Equipment: Planning for Future Expansion
Although the customer currently prefers a single-machine setup, future production requirements were also discussed during the visit.
A complete wood shaving and bagging equipmentsolution can integrate several stages of processing, including wood shaving, conveying, drying, screening and bagging. Depending on the required finished product, additional equipment such as a weighing and bagging machine or vacuum sealing machine may be considered.

The team also outlined its overseas service support arrangements and the process for coordinating technical assistance when required.

Next Steps: Quotation and Technical Evaluation
