Product Video
The video shows the tire crushing and shredding process.
Whole tires are fed into the chamber and cut into samller pieces first. The twin shafts grab the tires and gradually reduce their size. The shredded tire material can be transferred to magnetic separation, screening, granulation, or other downstream equipment. The process is intended to make bulky waste tires easier to handle with providing a stable feed for the next stage of recycling.
Product Description
The ENERPAT Tire Crusher Machine uses two counter-rotating shafts equipped with heavy-duty cutting knives.
Whole tires are fed into the chamber. The shafts grab the tire and pull it into the cutting zone, where the knives gradually cut and tear the material.
This primary size-reduction stage reduces the volume of whole tires and prepares the material for downstream processing.
For example, ENERPAT's MSB-ETY1600 Double Shaft Tire Recycling Shredder can process whole tires into pieces smaller than 50 × 100 mm. It is designed for integration with steel wire separation, grinding, and sorting systems.
For TDF applications, a coarser tire shred may be sufficient. For rubber granules or powder, additional size reduction and separation equipment will normally be required.
