An integrated air‑conditioning cooler is mounted on the hydraulic circuit, supporting 24/7 operation without overheating. It is supplied with test certification and CE approval.
Advanced Electrical Control

The control panel is factory‑assembled, wired, and fully tested. Control cables are minimum 2.5 mm², PVC‑insulated copper (SQ, nm type, 600/1000V), with IEC‑standard colour coding. The system features a touchscreen HMI and a Schneider or Siemens PLC, as preferred.
Reliable Motor

Siemens motors are rated for continuous 24‑hour duty. They incorporate secondary energy‑saving design for lower consumption, and explosion‑proof versions are available on request.
Flexible Remote Control

The baler supports remote operation, eliminating blind spots and enhancing operator safety. The reliable wireless range is 50‑100 metres, allowing flexible site placement.
