Optional Pre-shredding for Bulky or Tangled MC Cable

Lagrer or tangled multi-core power cable may not steadibly go into a fine granulator. An optional for double-shaft shredder can be installed at the front line to reduce bulky cable into smaller pieces and then go into the granulation. Whether choosing pre-shredding depends on cable size, sheath condition and capacity reqiured.
Fine Granualtion of Copper and Insulation Liberation

After the pre-shredding, the cable enters the fine granulator, and it is reduced into smaller particles to help copper conductors seperate from the insulation. For suitable feedstock and production line configurations, this stage can be configured to produce particles smaller than 3mm for downstream seperation. The target particle size should be confirmed according to the cable struture and seperation reqiurements.
Vibrating Screening for Consistent Materail Classification

After granulation, the mixed cooper and plastic material will pass through a vibrating screen for particle classification and then go into the air seperation. The system uses a 1,200 mm-wide screen made with 304 stainless steel and Q235 carbon steel. The vibration amplitude can be adjusted from 3-8 mm, allowing the screening to maintain an even material flow.
Air Gravity Seperation of Copper and Plastic

After granulation and screenig, the pre-processing material enters the air-gravity seperation stage. This system takes differences in particle weight and aerodynamic behaviour to seperate heavier copper material from lighter plastic insulation. The seperation effect depends on cable condition ,paricle dimension, and overall line configuration.
Central Dust Collection For Cleaner Operation

Shredding, granualtion and screening can produce dust during cable recycling. A central dust collection system can connect revelant processing points to collect air dust ang help keep the working area clean. The collection system shoul match with the eqiupment arrangement and site reqiurements.
Interlinked Conveyors for Material Transfer
