ENERPAT recently conducted an on-site technical consultation for a packaging manufacturer in Irapuato, Guanajuato, Mexico, to evaluate a plastic waste recycling solution for PET-G resin blocks and production offcuts. The customer operates a large manufacturing facility producing shrink sleeve labels and packaging materials. During production, reusable PET-G resin blocks and edge trim are generated. Instead of disposing of these materials and losing recoverable value, the customer is exploring an in-house recycling process to return the material to production.

ENERPAT has successfully completed the installation and commissioning of an MSA-F600 Single Shaft Shredder and BM-1090 Copper Briquette Machine for a precision machining manufacturer in Ellange, Luxembourg. Founded in 1918, the customer is a third-generation family-owned company specializing in precision machining and metal component manufacturing. As production expanded, the company sought a more efficient and environmentally friendly solution for recycling copper machining chips while reducing manual handling and improving overall operational efficiency. Following a detailed technical evaluation, ENERPAT delivered a complete Metal Chips Recycling System that converts loose copper chips into high-density briquettes, helping the customer streamline material handling, improve workplace cleanliness, and increase the recycling value of copper scrap.

In July 2026, the ENERPAT sales and engineering team conducted a pre-sales technical consultation at the Mexico manufacturing facility of a global Tier 1 automotive stamping supplier. The visit focused on evaluating the customer's CNC metal chip handling process, understanding logistics bottlenecks, and recommending the most suitable equipment configuration to improve production efficiency while reducing internal material transportation.
